NAWS: 2009 Call For Papers

The program committee invites papers for the tenth annual meeting of the North American Wittgenstein Society.

The meeting will take place along with the Pacific Division meeting of the American Philosophical Association, April 8-12, 2009, at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, B.C..

Though the committee is especially interested in papers which discuss Wittgenstein's philosophy of language and mind, and Wittgenstein's connexion with ordinary language philosophy, we'll be glad also to see papers which discuss other philosophical issues that arise in Wittgenstein's work.

Papers should be prepared for blind review, and should be sent either as attachments to an email or as paper copies. They should be no longer than 25 minutes reading time. Papers longer than 4,000 words will not be read.
